Protecting Kids from Kids: Understanding Peer Sexual Abuse
Tuesday, April 21 | 11:00am EST | Online webinar
When ministry leaders contemplate the risk of child sexual abuse, the focus is generally on adults as the perpetrator; many don’t realize that a growing percentage of sexual abuse risk stems from the behavior of one child toward another. Peer Sexual Abuse presents a rising risk in churches, schools, camps, and youth programs. Leaders must understand how it unfolds to prevent it from occurring. In this session, MinistrySafe co-founder Kimberlee Norris will explain the dynamics of Peer Sexual Abuse, why this risk is increasing, and where it most often occurs in ministry environments. You’ll learn practical steps to reduce vulnerability, support your team, and strengthen safety for children in ministry programs.

Our desire is that everyone who attends will be encouraged and refreshed as they gather with others engaged in the same great labor and hear faithful, Christ-exalting preaching.
